We want everyone to be able to read our site and reach us, whatever tools they use. This page says what we aim for, what we have built in, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

Our aim

We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are the standard for accessible websites. Level AA is the level most organizations aim for. We design and build to meet it, and we test as we go.

What we've built in

How the site supports you

Text and background colors meet AA contrast, so copy stays readable.
Every page has clear headings in order, so screen readers can navigate it.
Forms have visible labels tied to each field.
You can use the whole site with a keyboard, and a "Skip to content" link jumps past the menu.
Focus is shown with a clear outline as you tab through the page.
Text resizes and reflows when you zoom, without breaking the layout.
Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers, so they aren't read aloud as noise.

Being honest

What we're still working on

Automated checks only catch part of the picture, so we also test by keyboard and screen reader, and we are not finished. If you hit a barrier we have missed, we want to hear it. Content or tools from other companies, if we add any, may not meet the same bar, and we will flag those.
